    • Study details, questions, participant requirements, submissions, participation status, and result files.

    • Where payments are enabled, billing profile, payment country and currency, tax identifier last four, payout destination display metadata, provider references, and wallet ledger records.

    • Track credits, rewards, wallet balances, and payout-related activity where enabled.

    studista uses account protection, separate researcher and participant spaces, access checks, and additional safeguards to reduce unauthorized access and protect research data.

    Payment and payout data

    Payment providers may process card, bank, wallet, tax, residence country, and identity information when payments are enabled. studista stores only the payment records needed to operate the wallet, support billing, meet legal obligations, review residence-country changes, and reconcile provider activity. studista does not store full card numbers, CVV, full bank account numbers, or full tax identifiers.
